Will my site go down during the move?
No. We copy everything to a staging URL, you approve it, then we cut over DNS — visitors never hit an empty server.
What do you need from me?
Access to the current host — cPanel, SFTP or a full backup file. It all goes in the ticket, which only our engineers can read.
Does email move too?
Mailboxes stay with your current provider. We re-point MX records carefully, or help you onto a provider from Email and Apps.
How long does it take?
We confirm timing in the ticket before starting — most single sites are quick, and complex stores are scheduled with you.
