Can I bring a domain I already own?
Yes. Keep it registered where it is and point it at us, or transfer it in. Hosting attaches to any domain at checkout, wherever it lives.
What happens when I outgrow my plan?
Upgrade yourself from the hosting page — the checkout pre-selects the next plan up, charges the prorated difference to your saved card, and your container resizes in place. Same server, no reinstall.
Are backups included?
Not in the base plan. Without it you need your own copies; Backup Wizard in the control panel makes one. Premium Backups does it for you: a full copy every day, encrypted, kept off-site for 30 days, restored from your dashboard. It's $10 a month or $120 a year per plan.
Is email included?
Mailboxes aren't part of hosting plans, but free email forwarding is part of every phas domain — info@yourdomain to any inbox you already use. For mailboxes, see the providers we recommend. Your site's own mail, like contact forms and receipts, needs SMTP or our Transactional Email add-on, because the server doesn't send mail itself.
Where does my data live?
On our servers in Melbourne, under Australian privacy law. Premium Backups adds encrypted off-site copies. The Privacy Policy lists every supplier that holds data, and where.
Is there a contract?
No. Plans run month to month or year to year, and you cancel from your dashboard — nobody phones you to talk you out of it. The price on the page is the price you pay; there's no introductory rate waiting to jump.
