• Two-factor authentication

  Set up an authenticator app, keep your recovery codes somewhere safe, and how to turn it off.

  See where you are signed in, sign out of a device you no longer have, and read what changed on the account and when.

• Your support PIN

  A short code shown in your sidebar that proves it is you when you contact us outside the portal.

• Change your account email or password

  Password changes take effect at once. Email changes are confirmed from the new inbox before anything moves.

• Export your data or delete your account

  Download everything phas holds about you as a file, or erase the account once its services are closed.
